ABK was founded in 1992 in Finale Emilia and became a multinational company in 2021 through the acquisition of the historic French brand Desvres.

ABK's goal is to guarantee a high quality of products and services through two highly efficient technological facilities, one in Finale Emilia and one in Solignano Nuovo, with a total production capacity of 7 million square metres.
