Ik heb onetile.it ontdekt omdat ik de nieuwe Marazzi tegels (180cmx22,5cm) wilde kopen (nieuwe produkt van Marazzi 2020) en ik heb hun online gevonden. De tegel heeft een houtstruktuur en is perfekt op onze vloerverwarming. Het online kontakt was super snel, professioneel en vriendelijk. Het transport is ook door hun geregeld (betaalbaar) in grote vrachtwagen. Ter vergelijk was ik ca. 50% voordeliger dan direkt ter plekke dezelfde tegels te bestellen. Ik heb hun advies mbt voegenkleur gevolgd , in mijn geval caramel-kleur. Ik heb het voegsel en de silikon in kleuren caramel gelijk mee besteld (firma mapei) en ook de passende stenen plinten. De levering werd perfekt afgestemd en kwam precies op tijd. De betaling eenvoudig gedeeltelijk vooraf en de rest bij levering. De tegels zijn goed verpakt en er was geen enkele kapot. Ik kan deze firma warm aanbevelen.

The communication was simply perfect, always available via email, by phone and with fast response.

Their advices were very useful and helped us to take the right decision. We ordered Marrazi Vero Naturale (180cmx22,5cm) and Mirage Cosmopolitan Statuario (160cmx80cm) and we are very happy about the result (see pictures)

In addition, as we live in Berlin, they organised the transportation against a great price. Also here, the delivery was in time, professionally packed and no tiles were broken.

Wir sind von Onetile total begeistert! Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt, die Lieferung per Spedition nach Deutschland dauerte nur knapp 3 Wochen, trotz Corona. Alle Fragen zur Bestellung und zur Auftragsabwicklung wurden von Matteo schnell per E-Mail oder telefonisch beantwortet. Matteo spricht perfekt Englisch.

Sehr netter Service durch Matteo. Die Kommunikation per mail oder mobil lief reibungslos und umgehend (Englisch). Die Anlieferung war wie angekündigt und unkompliziert per Spedition. (Zumindest unsere) Fliesen hatten ein gutes Preisniveau. Wir können Matteo nur empfehlen.

While tile shopping we were drawn to oversized tiles, which were very expensive in Ireland, while browsing for options online I came across onetile.it & Matteo and we got the tiles we wanted shipped directly to us much cheaper than buying locally.

Online shopping is always a risk but I read all the glowing reviews & took a chance it was all legitimate and it was. It was best decision we made. We love the tiles & Matteo made the whole process very easy, he was very helpful.

I would defiantly recommend onetile.it to anyone. I would also use this service again.

Our house is still a work in progress but some photos of the experience so far!
