I am very satisfied with the collaboration with this store. The purchased tiles are of high quality, came well packaged, and I didn't have any issues. I visited the store only once and then communicated easily via email with Veronica, with whom you can communicate effortlessly in both English and French. I bought a considerable amount, 310 square meters, which I imported to France,
I paid in advance for all, and everything went smoothly. The only less pleasant experience was with the local French carrier (Lyon - Cluses), which was delayed and had various issues during unloading. The goods were poorly loaded onto their truck (at the local warehouse in Lyon), and we had to manually unload 2 pallets out of 7. Handling 150x75 cm tiles was quite challenging, but that is not the store's fault; it's the carrier's responsibility.

Great service and beautiful product. I had ordered over 17 square meters of tiles coming from Italy to Poland and they all arrived in great condition and very fast. I also needed to confirm expected date of delivery and received a quick response. Very happy with the product, it is very beautiful!

Ik vond het spannend om de tegels direct uit Italië te bestellen i.p.v. een verkooppunt in de buurt. Maar heel blij dat we het gedaan hebben want de service was top, de tegels optijd bezorgd en het scheelde een hoop geld t.o.v. de offerte die we bij een Nederlands bedrijf kregen voor exact dezelfde tegels. Aanrader dus!

Excellent customer service, very reactive and supportive. The contact via Whatsapp was very easy and allowed the salesperson to reassure me by providing me with different documents. Very good quality tiles, especially knowing that the price is much more attractive than the competition. Delivery was fast and made properly.

Mon carrelage Lea Ceramiche acheté à 70% moins cher qu'en Suisse est magnifique, de même que les plinthes que l'on m'avait conseillé d'une autre couleur. Il a été livré comme promis, dans les délais et sans aucun problème. Seul point, il ne faisait pas 60x120cm , mais 59x119cm. Je recommande à 100% cette entreprise sérieuse.
