I bought Florim tiles, everything arrived as agreed and in very short time. I could not believe the price with delivery to Slovakia, was much better than those prices offered by local sellers. For their service to get even better, I would recommend to provide tracking option for delivery.

J'ai payé tellement moins le magnifique carrelage que je viens de recevoir. Stefania mon Interlocutrice a été parfaite d'un bout à l'autre et j'ai reçu mon carrelage dans les délais. J'ai eu le droit à un mail pour savoir si la livraison s'était bien passée. Tout a été très professionnel et j'achèterai à nouveau sans problème.

Perplexe au départ ( je ne trouvais pas mon carrelage en France ), j'ai été ensuite surpris par la qualité des réponses apportées par Onetile .Du sérieux , des conseils avisés ( Stéfania) et un suivi de ma commande au "top".
Je suis un acheteur comblé car notre carreleur vient de terminer la pose du carrelage et de la faience.C'est super. Je recommande VIVEMENT Onetile .

Ik heb onetile.it ontdekt omdat ik de nieuwe Marazzi tegels (180cmx22,5cm) wilde kopen (nieuwe produkt van Marazzi 2020) en ik heb hun online gevonden. De tegel heeft een houtstruktuur en is perfekt op onze vloerverwarming. Het online kontakt was super snel, professioneel en vriendelijk. Het transport is ook door hun geregeld (betaalbaar) in grote vrachtwagen. Ter vergelijk was ik ca. 50% voordeliger dan direkt ter plekke dezelfde tegels te bestellen. Ik heb hun advies mbt voegenkleur gevolgd , in mijn geval caramel-kleur. Ik heb het voegsel en de silikon in kleuren caramel gelijk mee besteld (firma mapei) en ook de passende stenen plinten. De levering werd perfekt afgestemd en kwam precies op tijd. De betaling eenvoudig gedeeltelijk vooraf en de rest bij levering. De tegels zijn goed verpakt en er was geen enkele kapot. Ik kan deze firma warm aanbevelen.

They are very professional; extremely competent in their work, able to offer a big gamma of products with a very competitive price.

The communication was simply perfect, always available via email, by phone and with fast response.

Their advices were very useful and helped us to take the right decision. We ordered Marrazi Vero Naturale (180cmx22,5cm) and Mirage Cosmopolitan Statuario (160cmx80cm) and we are very happy about the result (see pictures)

In addition, as we live in Berlin, they organised the transportation against a great price. Also here, the delivery was in time, professionally packed and no tiles were broken.
