How to buy

1. Discover the porcelain stoneware and/or parquet collection of your dreams on the Onetile.it website

Browse our online catalogue, which contains more than 25,000 products. If you already know what you want to buy, use the search function and enter the code or serial number.
Within each product description, you will find all the specifications—colour, size, thickness, etc.
 

2. Complete the form to request your quote

Complete the appropriate form to request a quote for the products you are interested in. We will reply within 48 hours! 
 

3. Wait for our salesperson to assist and provide you with a quote

You will receive your quote shortly after by e-mail or WhatsApp 
 

4. Order approval and payment  

If you wish to proceed with the purchase, we will send you a document via e-mail after the quote, requesting billing and delivery information, which are required to complete the order.
Our online consultant will guide you through all the necessary steps.
Completion of the purchase agreement will take place once the contract has been signed, and the advance payment has been received.

Payment methods:

• 50% prior to ordering and 50% prior to the goods being dispatched 
• Advance payment for amounts less than 2000,00€
• Advance payment using PayPal plus an extra fee of 4.5% 

Shipping:

• Customised deliveries through our couriers
• Option to collect the goods directly from the manufacturer

5. Order fulfilment

Once payment has been received, the order will be placed with the supplier and shipped according to the previously agreed timescales. 
 

6. Expect goods that meet your needs

To ensure maximum safety, tiles are transported on pallets and delivered by hydraulic tail lifts. All our deliveries are insured.
You can decide whether to receive the goods as soon as they become available or choose the free indefinite storage service provided by our warehouses. 
Deliveries are notified the day before, agreeing all the necessary arrangements.
