Two-room apartment renovation in Toscolano Maderno

Even in small spaces there is harmony and functionality thanks to parquet and porcelain tiles
In the beautiful setting of Lake Garda it is always a dream to have a small flat to escape from routine, for a short holiday or just for a weekend. 
Our client's lovely two-room apartment, located in Toscolano Maderno, needed to be modernised, adding a modern, contemporary style, and made functional, enhancing the small spaces and the wonderful terrace overlooking the lake. 

Our interior design team analysed the dimensions of the spaces and made some proposals for combinations of the ceramic collections of the tile brands selected by Onetile. In particular, the interior design choices focused on the combination of light-coloured tiles, which give light and increase the perception of the spaces, adding warmth thanks to the parquet floor and a touch of personality given by particular and fashionable tiles. 

To make the main spaces cosy and harmonious, parquet flooring by Woodco, an innovative Italian company attentive to style and craftsmanship, has been chosen in the warm and delicate colore Rovere Limo colour, belonging to the collection Ground , one of Woodco's most prestigious.

In the bathroom area, on the other hand, to give an attractive and distinctive touch, we opted for Ragno tiles, brand italiano leader dell’industria italiana di piastrelle in ceramica. a leading Italian brand in the ceramic tile industry. The choice fell on tiles with a geometric pattern (colour Tappeto 6), from the Italian brand's Contrasti series. 

Finally, for the outdoor terrace, a stone-effect porcelain tile by Marazzi, one of the best-known brands in the high-quality Italian ceramic sector, belonging to the Pietra Occitana series in white was laid. The aim of this selection was to create a modern-looking environment perfect for relaxing outdoors. 

All the work was supervised by Overplan studio in Salò, a partner with whom our consulting, interior design and materials selection teams collaborated for the design and direction of the renovation.
