What should I do if the delivered goods are broken or defective?

Upon receipt of the goods, the customer must always request and sign the delivery note stating ACCEPTED SUBJECT TO INSPECTION. indicating if any damage is present the reason for the reserve.

Any defects or quality faults in the material must be reported in writing and accompanied by photographic evidence no later than 7 days after delivery or collection, after which time no further complaints will be accepted.

If you have not included an “accepted subject to inspection” declaration when signing the delivery note, in the event of breakage due to transport we will unfortunately not be able to replace or refund the product.
